Book Review: Podcast Marketing Strategy by Daniel Rowles & Ciaran Rogers
I’m a sucker for a podcasting book. Once I’ve found my passion I like to consume as much content as possible. Often what I’ve found in the podcast book space is poorly written, badly edited and lacking in depth.
Which is why Podcast Marketing Strategy by Daniel Rowles and Ciaran Rogers was like a breath of fresh air. The level of detail, research and information was impressive, I felt like I was in safe, experienced and knowledgeable hands.
There was something for total newbies to podcasting, as well as seasoned pros looking for ways to revive and reinvigorate their shows. The style of writing, is personable and intelligent. Trust is important, as we are reminded time and again in podcasting, and the style in which this book is crafted demonstrates how true that is.
If you’ve read a few podcast books that feel like nothing more than a flimsy lead magnet, then this book will give you fantastic insights.
